DELIVERY
All orders over £250 (ex VAT) are eligible for free delivery within mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland). Once your shopping cart has reached a minimum total value of £250 (ex VAT), then the option for free shipping will appear in the checkout and be automatically selected if your delivery country is 'United Kingdom'.
Orders to be delivered within the UK mainland (excludes Northern Ireland & Channel Islands) under £250 (ex VAT) are subject to a standard delivery charge of £7.95.
For all orders to be delivered outside the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland), delivery rates will be calculated acording to size and weight of your order. You may be contacted by our team prior to dispatch regarding delivery costs.

Most of our orders are shipped via TNT who aim to deliver on a next working day service, following the date of dispatch (although this is not guaranteed).
Delivery charges are subject to VAT (in delivery regions where VAT is applicable).
CARD PROCESSING
When you checkout with Neona Ltd. and provide card details, they are securely encrypted with a 256 bit key, alongside a further randomly generated 40 character key before transmission.
Neona Ltd. also employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) servers, to maintain a verified, secure and uninterrupted communication channel between your logged in device and our website.
Card details are also separated at the point of transmission, so the information is never stored in its entirety in the same location.
Cards are processed manually after your transaction has been completed, using Secure Trading, one of the UK's leading payment card processing services in conjunction with AIB bank.
These processes ensure our customers are 100% secure when shopping with us and provides the protection and confidence they expect.
TELEPHONE ORDERS
We offer our customers the added advantage of paying for goods by telephone through one of our staff. Our team is on hand to securely accept card payments instantly over the telephone using our Secure Trading gateway.
